WELCOME
REAL LIFE. HONEST SUPPORT. SPACE TO GROW.
Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m so glad you’re here.
This space was created for women who are moving through the inevitable shifts of life - the changes you didn't always choose, the identities you outgrow and the parts of yourself you're still becoming. I support women as they navigate these transitions with clarity, compassion and a renewed sense of inner leadership.
My work is rooted in real life - its beauty, its chaos, its turning points. For 17 years I've supported expectant parents as an antenatal and postnatal teacher, while raising my five children (including two sets of twins) in a lively London home. These experiences taught me, again and again, how profoundly a woman changes over time - and how powerful it is to feel understood and supported through it.
My coaching journey began during a period of deep personal change. While caring for my mother through terminall illness and guiding my older children into adulthood, I recognised that I, too, needed space to be held. Working with a coach showed me the strength that comes from reconnecting to myself - and it sparked my desire to offer others the same depth, clarity and care.
Today, I help women reconnect to their inner leadership, so they can navigate life's shifts with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
SERVICES
How I Can Help You
My approach is shaped by real life - my own experiences, the women I've supported over many years and my training alongside some incredible coaches. I understand how hard it can feel to make changes, especially when you're already stretched or uncertain about your next steps.
The support I offer is flexible and thoughtful, tailored to meet you exactly where you are - whether you're navigating a transition, seeking clarity, or wanting to reconnect with yourself.
We always begin with a gentle, no-pressure conversation to understand what you need and explore whether we are the right fit to work together.

PROGRAMME 1
This coaching package includes a minimum of six one-hour sessions, which can be held via Zoom for your convenience. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, so some clients prefer to move at their own pace and work within their own timelines. The sessions are flexible to accommodate what feels best for you, ensuring the process supports your individual needs and goals. We’ll meet once a month for a deep-dive 60-minute coaching session to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface and shift what’s holding you back. Instead of fixed goals (unless of course this works best for you), we’ll focus on what matters most to you in the moment. Between sessions, you’ll carry forward meaningful intentions/action that keep your growth alive and moving.
Investment: One upfront payment of £570.

PROGRAMME 2
Uncover What’s Holding You Back and Move Forward with Confidence
Option 1: Slow and Steady (6 Months)
We’ll meet once a month for a deep-dive 60-minute coaching session where we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and work to shift what’s holding you back. This programme is goal-driven — together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals for you to work on between sessions, helping you stay focused and see real progress.
Option 2: More Momentum (3 Months)
Prefer to move a little faster? This version offers two sessions per month over three months — the same total number of sessions, just with more frequent check-ins. Ideal if you’re feeling ready to build momentum and want more regular accountability and support.
These sessions provide a dedicated space to untangle the noise, rebuild your self-belief, and help you feel calm, clear, and capable again.
Support when you need it most between sessions. I’m available on WhatsApp to offer support whenever you need it, so you never have to feel alone between our sessions.
Investment: One upfront payment of £570 or monthly payments of £190 (3 month option); or £95/month (6 month option)

PROGRAMME 3
Liberating mothers workshop.
This is a conversation I believe to be both timely and deeply needed: the experience of motherhood through the lens of matrescence—the profound physical, emotional, psychological, and social transformation that occurs when a woman becomes a mother.
Too often, the focus on motherhood centres solely on the child, while the mother’s identity shift is overlooked. Yet, understanding matrescence is essential—not only for supporting mothers through this transition but for preparing those who are about to step into it. When mothers are better informed and supported in the complexity of what they are undergoing, they are more likely to navigate this period with resilience, confidence, and connection.
I have teamed up with Leadership Coach and Author Clare Richmond to help mothers discover how to create the best possible experience during this life changing time. We are offering workshops and group and individual coaching and simple tools easy to adopt and adapt. Sessions can take place via Zoom or in person if London based.
Investment: Please call/email to discuss your requirements in further detail.

PROGRAMME 4
Antenatal/postnatal support.
I offer both antenatal and postnatal sessions for expectant and new parents. Whether you're looking to top up your current antenatal group classes or prefer a more personalised, one-to-one approach, these sessions are tailored to suit your needs.
We can cover a range of topics, including pregnancy, birth preparation, and navigating the early days with your baby. Sessions are available via Zoom or in the comfort of your home (depending on location).
Investment: Tailored to your individual needs. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss options.

ABOUT
Coaching for Women Navigating Life’s Challenges
I qualified as an ICF-accredited coach in 2022, supporting women through the many shifts and challenges life brings. This training deepened my work and allowed me to support women in one-to-one and group settings.
From what I have seen in my own life and in the women I work with, it's common to put our own needs to one side when life gets demanding whether that's at home, in relationships, or at work. And when we finally recognise what we need, guilt can sometimes get in the way. It can make it harder to be clear about what we want and where we're heading.
I also know how easy it is to feel like life is happening to us rather than with us. What I've learned is that things begin to shift when we start taking ownership of our choices, our mindset and how we want to show up.
I've had my own challenges too - periods of anxiety, self-doubt and feeling lost in different stages of my life, including career, motherhood and loss. These experiences have shaped my resilience and deepened my empathy for the women I work with.
Life will always bring its ups and downs, and while we can't control everything, we can choose how we respond. Over time, I've found that meeting challenges - big or small - with honesty and curiosity helps us grow.
Outside of work, I spend time with family and friends, love watching a good Netflix series and finding any excuse to dance. I enjoy being outdoors, travelling to sunny place and practising yoga as a simple way to unwind. I have a cheeky sense of humour and love to laugh.
If you're ready to explore your own inner leadership and what feels right for you, I'm here to help.

Untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
Confidence to Take the Next Step
Whether it’s a shift in work, identity, or life stage—you’ll feel more equipped to move forward, even if it’s one small step at a time.
Freedom from “Shoulds” and Comparison
Let go of what everyone else is doing and reconnect with what matters most to you.
A Safe, Reflective Space That’s Just for You
Sometimes, what we need most is to be heard—without judgment, advice, or fixing. This space is yours.

If you can’t fly then run,
If you can’t run then
Walk, if you can’t walk then
Crawl, but whatever you
Do you have to keep
Moving forward.
