WELCOME
REAL LIFE. HONEST SUPPORT. SPACE TO GROW.
Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m so glad you’re here.
This space was born from real life—its joys, its sadness, its chaos, and its turning points. As a transformational life coach with a deep passion for supporting women through life, I understand how powerful it can be to feel seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating transition, seeking clarity, or simply craving space to breathe, you’re in the right place.
For 17 years, I’ve supported expectant parents as an antenatal and postnatal teacher, all while raising my five incredible children—including two sets of twins—in a lively London home (complete with one very enthusiastic dog).
The spark for my coaching journey was ignited during one of the most challenging times in my life. While my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, three of my children were suddenly stepping into adulthood. - bringing a whirlwind of change and constant re-adjustments for me. The weight of life and loss became overwhelming, and I realized I needed support myself. Working with a coach was a turning point—it showed me the power of being held and truly seen. That experience led me to train as a coach, so I could offer others the same depth of care and guidance.

ABOUT
Coaching for Women Navigating Life’s Challenges
I qualified as an ICF-accredited, certified ACC professional and transformational coach in 2022, adding this training to my existing teaching practice. This step not only enhanced the way I teach but also opened the door to working with women one-on-one and in groups.
Through my own experiences, I’ve come to understand how easy it is to neglect ourselves. We often push our needs aside without even realizing it. And when we do recognize them, guilt can follow—as if wanting more for ourselves is selfish. Fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs are often already there. They leave us feeling stuck, unworthy, and disconnected from who we are — and make it hard to trust ourselves.
We can fall into the trap of victimhood, believing life happens to us rather than through us. But true empowerment comes when we take ownership of our choices, mindset, and the way we show up in the world. It’s not easy—I’m still very much a work in progress.
Imposter syndrome first hit me in my advertising career, leading to panic attacks and an eating disorder. Life continued to challenge me (and still does) —marriage, motherhood, and the loss of a parent—each stage bringing its own hurdles. From those moments, I’ve gained wisdom, resilience, and a deepening empathy that continue to shape my life.
One thing’s for sure: nothing stays the same, and life is always changing—sometimes in big ways, and other times in small, everyday shifts.
It’s not always dramatic or obvious. Sometimes it’s just a feeling: stuck, disconnected, or like you’ve lost a bit of yourself along the way.
Life will always bring its ups and downs, but we still have the power to choose how we respond. When we meet challenges—big or small—with honesty and courage, we grow.
Outside of work, I spend time with family and friends, love watching trashy Netflix series, and like nothing more than being on the dance floor! I love walking, listening to music and getting outside. I enjoy travelling to sunny places, watching sunsets, and generally hanging out on beaches. I practice yoga, but more as a fun way to move and unwind. I have quite a cheeky sense of humour and value any opportunity to laugh deeply.

If you can’t fly then run,
If you can’t run then
Walk, if you can’t walk then
Crawl, but whatever you
Do you have to keep
